"I love the fact that it is smaller than your average residency-Being a nurse with too many residents mean several do not get the care they deserve. Not here, the nurse and staff get quality time and care with each resident. If I needed to place a family member... This would be the one!"
"I don't know what I would do without Iris Memory Care. The care and respect they give my mom and the rest of the residents is unparalleled. The open floor-plan is unlike anything I have seen in a care facility, it really has a "home" feeling. The owners and staff make us feel like family!"
"The staff at Iris Memory Care are beyond amazing!! They don't just think of themselves as staff, but as a part of the family of all of their residents. They will go above and beyond to care for not only the residents, but their family members as well. If you have a loved one in need of memory care, I would HIGHLY recommend you contact them!!!! I cannot tell them thank you enough for all the efforts that they have made for me!"
"I am a nurse of 30 years and have seen a lot of different facilities. I also though have a family member here. They have a good staffing ratio. The staff cares about their patients and treats them live family. The food is actually good here. Very home like atmosphere. I would highly recommend if you need to find placement for a loved one or just need some respite care. They encourage the family to participate in activities and there is always something for them to do. Most importantly they really know how to handle someone with the memory issues or not in the best mood that day. I highly recommend!"
"I have been in healthcare for over 12 years and this was one of the nicest facilities I have ever been in. Not to mention I watched the staff over the several hours I was there and they were so good with the residents and you could tell they really cared about them."
